The inspiration behind DeBrikz comes from the life and work of Late Shri Er. Brij Kishore Pandey, a distinguished civil engineer who dedicated over 37 years to the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) and Public Works Department (PWD), Delhi.
Born in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, Shri Pandey came from a humble background and experienced the hardships of rural India firsthand. Through determination, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to education and hard work, he rose to become one of the country's respected government engineers. His inspiring journey from a small town to leading prestigious infrastructure projects across India is a testament to perseverance, integrity, and engineering excellence.
During his distinguished career, he served in Pasighat (Arunachal Pradesh), Gangtok (Sikkim), All India Radio (AIR) on deputation, Delhi, Jaipur, and later with the Noida Central Division, where he supervised and contributed to numerous important public infrastructure and maintenance projects.
His professional expertise covered planning, execution, quality assurance, project management, and maintenance of major government infrastructure.
